What is it and how can it help me?
Coaching is for anyone who needs help to achieve their goals in life. It can be work-related, personal or performance-wise. Coaching helps you understand why you react the way you do and how you can approach things differently in the future to help you succeed.
Coaching is a conversation led by your coach and is specifically designed to help you figure out what your goal is, what's stopping you from achieving it and then help you get there. It's not your coach's job to advise and tell you what to do. Rather, it's your coach's job to help you help yourself, so that you can draw on your own resources to strengthen and develop yourself so that you can continue to succeed in the future.
This also means that you need to be open to working with yourself and open to seeing things differently than you do today. Of course, I will help you in this process so that you feel safe. It's a personal journey that requires trust.
A coaching program is individually designed according to your needs. You may need help with one goal that requires a single coaching session. Or you may need a longer course consisting of several sessions so that you feel properly equipped to achieve your goals on your own. Of course, it is always possible to customize on an ongoing basis. The important thing is that you feel supported and equipped to see your own potential and achieve better results.
